Martín García-Vázquez is an Assistant Professor of Economics. His research interests are Labor Economics, Macroeconomics, and Econometrics.
Most of García-Vázquez’s work focuses on human capital investments early in life, and how government policies affect these. He also conducts research on life-cycle models with health risk and on the econometrics of structural models.
García-Vázquez received his Bachelors in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, his Master's in Economics and Finance from CEMFI, and his PhD. In Economics from the University of Minnesota.
